The purpose of this task is to review the contractual documents to determine if expectations for innovations have been established with the Client.

    Main Description
    At the start of the engagement, the Engagement Manager analyze the Contractual documents in detail to understand if there have been any commitments for innovation with the Client. The Engagement Manager should also understand Client’s expectation for innovation through this engagement. The Engagement Manager must also guage the extent to which the Client is open to revolutionary changes to his current operations. Further actions will depend upon the assessment of these obligations and expectations.
